Cancellation Policy - Horizonte Coliving


1. Early Cancellation

Up to 14 days before arrival: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the amount paid.


2. Late Cancellation

Less than 14 days before arrival: For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.


3. No Show

No-show: In case of no-show, there will be no refund of the amount paid.


4. Cancellation Process

Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be made in writing, via email to contato@horizontecoliving.com.


Refund Deadline: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of confirmation of cancellation.


5. Reservation Changes

Date Changes: Changes to booking dates can be made, subject to availability, without penalty if requested up to 14 days before arrival date. For requests made less than 14 days in advance, the same conditions as late cancellation apply.


6. Special Conditions

Cases of Force Majeure: In situations of force majeure (such as natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), we may offer special conditions for canceling or changing reservations.
